A Bit of Background to Begin

I am a creative person by nature. I feel out of sorts if I go too long without being creative. It's in my blood, my genes, DNA. No seriously, I come from a large extended family and everyone is good at at least two crafts. It's a way of life for me. Scrapbooking is my main love and joy, but honestly I've been feeling burnt out from it for a while. Scrapbookers get it: after a while, you feel like all your pages are various versions of the same layout. So then in 2017 I bit the bullet and joined a planner group. And was hooked! A new creative outlet that was smaller, free for whatever I wanted to do with it, each month a new experiment, learn as I go kind of deal. I had a "blank canvas" version compared to my planner sisters, who had all opted for various themes they liked. And I ran with it. Boy did I run!
